Morris 1100/1300 1962-1971
Bhp graphs

Dimensions

Following on from the success of the front wheel drive layout for the Mini the 1100 used a similar transversely mounted four-cylinder, overhead-valve, push-rod engine to achieve a compact car with large interior space and excellent roadholding.

The Mark II version had revised styling and but the introduction of the 1300 gave more performance.
All standard Morris models finished in single colours. GT models in red, white, or bronze, with distinctive side flash. PVC covered roof panel and black upholstery.
Traveller with imitation wood strip along sides, single lift-up rear door, maximum load 7251b.
